How often are codes verified?
Every code on the site is re-checked against the issuing retailer's online cart on a continuous basis. Codes verified within the last 24 hours appear at the top of each retailer page, codes verified within the last week appear in the upper third, and codes that have not been re-verified in two weeks drop to the bottom or are removed entirely. The freshness of the verification is reflected in the "Verified X days ago" tag next to every offer.
Are the success rates real?
Yes. The success rate displayed next to each coupon is calculated from real votes by real DealRadar members who reported whether the code worked when they used it. Codes with low success rates are demoted in the rankings or removed; codes with high success rates rise to the top. We do not manipulate the success-rate numbers under any circumstance.
Why do some codes still fail?
Even verified codes occasionally fail at checkout for reasons outside our control: geographic restrictions (the code may only be valid in certain states), product exclusions in the fine print, loyalty-program tier requirements, or the retailer terminating the offer between our verification check and your checkout attempt. When a code fails for you, please tap the "It did not work" button on the coupon page — your vote feeds the success-rate calculation for the next shopper.
Do you sell my email address?
No. The newsletter signup is used exclusively for sending the weekly DealRadar newsletter and occasional flash-deal SMS alerts (if you provided a phone number). We do not sell, rent, or share subscriber data with third parties for marketing purposes. See the privacy policy for full detail.
Can I submit a coupon code?
Absolutely — community-submitted codes are one of our most reliable sources. Email tips@dealradar.example with the retailer, the code, the discount, and ideally a screenshot of the order confirmation page showing the discount applied. We add verified submissions within 24–48 hours. Top contributors get a shout-out in the weekly newsletter.
How do I unsubscribe?
Tap the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter issue. It works immediately. We do not send confirmation emails, follow-up "are you sure" interstitials, or retention offers — one click and you are off the list.
