Editorial tips
If you spot a coupon code that worked at checkout but is not yet on the site, send it our way. The fastest way is to email tips@dealradar.example with the retailer name, the code, the discount it produced, and (ideally) a screenshot of the order confirmation page showing the discount line. We add verified community-submitted codes within 24–48 hours, and the contributors who tip the highest-success-rate codes get a shout-out in the weekly newsletter.
Code corrections
If a code on the site stopped working at the register, please report it using the "Report this code" link on the coupon page (or simply email corrections@dealradar.example with the URL). Corrections feed directly into the success-rate calculation displayed next to each offer. Codes that fail repeatedly are demoted in the rankings or removed entirely.
Partnership inquiries
Affiliate networks, cashback apps, retail-credit-card issuers, and grocery brands can reach the partnerships team at partners@dealradar.example. We are selective about partnerships and require all partners to commit to never paying for editorial placement or success-rate manipulation.
Press
Journalists working on stories about grocery savings, household budget pressure, retail loyalty programs, or coupon trends can email press@dealradar.example. We respond to press inquiries within one business day and have data, screenshots, and team commentary available for stories that quote DealRadar accurately.
Mailing address
DealRadar editorial inquiries can also be sent to: DealRadar Editorial, PO Box 4290, Wilmington, DE 19807, USA. Physical mail is checked weekly; please allow 5–10 business days for a response by post.
